Nick Mendola is a long-time resident of Canandaigua and Rochester, New York.  In 1967, he entered the real estate industry as a Licensed Real Estate sales agent and in 1973 he became a Licensed Real Estate Broker.  He is an established member of the Greater Rochester Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS.  As an innovative real estate professional he was determined that clients could be better served by his unique programs and flexible policies, and thus, two years later founded Edelweiss Properties, REALTORS.  As a resident of both areas, Nick is very familiar with the Canandaigua and Rochester real estate markets and has extensive experience and established professional networks in both areas.  These resources have been integral to his success in serving many individuals and families relocating to either area.  Nick enjoys an outstanding record of sales and testimonials which he has established through hard work, attention to detail, and always placing his customers' needs first.  He would be happy to share his record of success over the past 40 years of consistently selling millions of dollars of real estate each year, but more importantly, his success in helping so many people and families achieve their real estate goals.
